Nothing wrong with narrow lapels on teh jacket. it's not fashion forward. Slim fit suits are perfectly acceptable in the work place. Agreed. I'm a trial attorney and I've worn my Thick as Thieves suit to court without any issue; it actually generates quite a few compliments.- res ipsa

Is custom made better???
There are good reasons to go custom. If one is hard to fit for a variety of reasons, custom makes sense. Many of us do not have the shape apparel manufacturer's use to mass produce their products. Just because its custom made doesn't mean the way it was made or the fabric is good. The Brioni OTR is much better than your custom made ****, for $700, I am sorry but that has got to be garbage. Fashion Mistakes
I don't know if it's a mistake as much as it's laziness...but I can't stand sloppy four-in-hand tie knots. Now, I'm not a purist with a vendetta against the four-in-hand, but it's usually coupled with a cheap tie and a wearer who couldn't care less. I think it looks piss poor.- res ipsa
