    Indochino suits?

Plus it seems they have this unhealthy obsession with trendy 60's ad man suits. although this is a very popular style, this site doesn't see to get that not every man can pull off the slim fit suit...not to mention that their trousers seem to fit very tight. The common complaint from the fat man...

    my suit

Nothing wrong with narrow lapels on teh jacket. it's not fashion forward. Slim fit suits are perfectly acceptable in the work place. Agreed. I'm a trial attorney and I've worn my Thick as Thieves suit to court without any issue; it actually generates quite a few compliments.

    Is custom made better???

There are good reasons to go custom. If one is hard to fit for a variety of reasons, custom makes sense. Many of us do not have the shape apparel manufacturer's use to mass produce their products. Personally, I am not 5'11" 175 lbs, perfect 42 regular, etc. I have some specific issues such as...

    Is custom made better???

Just because its custom made doesn't mean the way it was made or the fabric is good. The Brioni OTR is much better than your custom made ****, for $700, I am sorry but that has got to be garbage. If it is made in HK, I highly doubt it really is custom made. People come this forum with pics and...

what do you think of this style

Is this guy the best or the worst dresed man in the world? He needs to learn how to tie a tie, that's ludicrous.

Modern Tailor.com review - my experience

I'd like to order a shirt from MT, but I have an important question-- Does anyone know if they always add 12cm to your chest/waist/hips for a slim fit? I provided measurements based off another MTM shirt I have and I want it made to those specifications. I don't want them to add 12cm to any of...

Modern Tailor.com review - my experience

I received the two shirts I ordered from Modern Tailor today. I ordered these shirts less than two weeks ago!!! They fit great, even slimmer then the best fitting shirt that I gave them measurements from. I did add darts to the back and selected slim fit. The fabric seems thin. Although I...

What are some movies that feature nice suits?

Patrick Bateman enjoys his Ralph Lauren ties... Although for a man of such elite stature 81 Central Park West isn't that nice. Should move 20 blocks south to the other side of Central Park... Or 20 blocks south and 6 blocks further west. Loves me some American Psycho. I just saw Up in the Air...

    BB Regent suit--Cuffs or Not??

I would'nt have asked this question before because I always cuffed automatically, but it seems that has changed in the last 2 years are so. Being that the Regent is a slim cut made in Italy I wanted to check in and see what you Gentlemen thought. I'm 6' and 155-160. Thanks for looking Ah...

    Fashion Mistakes

I don't know if it's a mistake as much as it's laziness...but I can't stand sloppy four-in-hand tie knots. Now, I'm not a purist with a vendetta against the four-in-hand, but it's usually coupled with a cheap tie and a wearer who couldn't care less. I think it looks piss poor.
