I just recently picked up a Navy quilted Lutz, it's a great jacket and I love the contrasting brown collar, neck buckle & strap also the underside of the pocket flaps...definitely worth a look especially if its a good price.- Planet Ocean

I currently have my Beacon Sports Jacket in with Barbour UK, they are shortening the sleeves for me, removing and restitching the leather trim once complete, no problem.- Planet Ocean

Certainly something to consider, Barbour have agreed to shorten the sleeves so I will let them continue with this but my question would be then, do you think Mallin & Son would shorten the jacket length on my Beacon or would they take the same approach as Barbour and say it can't be done due to...- Planet Ocean

Quick question, I have finally had a response from Barbour UK regarding the alterations to my Beacon however, I had requested that they shorten the sleeves & jacket length by 2cm respectively however, they have advised that the can only shorten the sleeves but not the length as they don't do...- Planet Ocean

Yes, had a look a the white lable in the left inside pocket, unfortunately no Country of Origin just the jacket model code. I just recently picked up a new Beacon Sports Jacket, was checking all the labels for Country of Origin but couldn't find anything relating to this. Any idea where this model is made as I am guessing it's not in the UK however, quality, cut & fit is excellent.- Planet Ocean
