The back is wayyyyyyy disproportional to the front. Your front and sides need to be like four times the length they are now to balance out the backside. Throw in some product and mess it up a bit. hmm, like i said i am a true 32- here are my size 30 petit standards, after about one day of wear. waist was snug at first (although i could do the buttons up), has now loosened up quite a bit. im not looking for skinny fit just slim but think these are gonna end up too big? Yea it did, the waist stretched so I can now wear it a bit lower. Although sizing down 3 worked for me, I think in the end you're better off with 28 Alright thanks man I'll go for a 28 then- Orly

Haha alright so then getting a 28 NS with a true waist of 32 is sizing down 2, and all the people who have waists of 30 and post that they sized down two to get a tagged size of 28 are actually not sizing down? I appreciate the help everyone thanks- Orly

So then sizing down isn't by tagged sizes it's by the measured sizes. How sure are you? haha see everyone says different things but I agree with you I feel like that makes a little more sense if what the size is tagged as isn't what it really is. If that's only down 2 then what would down 3...- Orly

Just wondering. I only wear high tops with skinny jeans so that they aren't completely covered up. With a straight leg cut I can keep the jeans behind the tongue but then the back just flares out and looks goofy.
