Work At Home? What Do You Wear?
Depends on the day, temperature, and what else is planned for the day. Blue collar work wear if I'm going to play in the garage all the way to a suit if meetings outside of the house demand such attire. Of course, generally it's casual attire... jeans, shorts, polos, T-shirts, and sweaters...- odrs

Help make my Indochino Suit Fit
It's short... but that's the current fashion trend and is what Indochino targets. The buttoning point is high, but I dont mind that. It could use a bit of waist suppression... I'm not sure it's practical with the size of your torso. You also need to un-"tack" the closed vents, that'll help...- odrs

Combat Boot Sizing
How do you guys find combat boots for comfort? I need a new pair of steel toes for my typical weekend wear of home renos and fun in the garage but most steel toes hurt like hell (8.5E measured, wear a 9.5D dress shoe usually) not to mention the weight- odrs

Are these sleeves too short?
What about just not wearing the jacket? Just wear the waist coat and pants, that way it's not a complete waste and you still look put together by modern standards.- odrs

Leather Jackets
I have cow, buffalo, and lamb leather jackets... The cow jacket has great grain, is tough as nails, and heavy as heck.... I need to get the lining redone as I've literally worn through it. Would you employ an attorney that didn't wear a suit and tie to meetings?
When we sold the company I used to work for, our counsel wore chinos, and odd brown jacket, no tie, and a lavender shirt to "term sheet" meeting. Of course, this is the tech industry and everyone dresses down but still far from your typical legal uniform. They did an excellent job, the...- odrs

I ordered a seersucker suit today... a tan job with pleated pants that probably will never get hemmed let alone worn. Now, what are some good combos for this? The obvious for me is dark jeans and a white or pink shirt but how else can I wear the jacket?- odrs

What the hell is le Chateau?
I'll be a SF pariah... I currently buy my shirts exclusively from le Chateau. - Most of my stuff is made in Turkey and runs $60-75CAD per shirt. - The fabrics range from meh to just okay. Generally cotton/poly blends. - Subtle colours are the exception.... my latest purchases have been white...- odrs

Putting together a shoe wardrobe.
My pre-SF shoe wardrobe had a lot of black, rubber soled, square toed grossness. I've kept one pair for tradeshows, and started buying better shoes... I started with AE Evanstons in black for $250CAD locally (a bit less than half price) I then bought a no-name pair of "Italian" in dark brown...- odrs

What’s on your realistic wishlist?
Need: More staple shirts in pale blue and white. Going to try Tailorstore as my current source of shirts aren't of the highest quality (le Chateau in Canada) and few and far between in non-gaudy colours. First of all, eat a f'ing sandwich... or four. Enjoy eating whatever you want while you can. There are lots of stores that sell slim fit shirts that young kids will like... try Bananna Republic, I hear they have that stuff. mytailor.com and tailorstore.com are also an idea if you want more...- odrs

How do you carry your stuff around?

What were you planning to do with these shoes, display them in a glass case? If you were planning to wear them, what's the difference if they were tried on?
