It's fine-ish. A bit too many things "just happen." Like, people ending up in the same spot at the same time with very little reason or logic. And the whiny retro cowboy music is getting on my nerves. But we've been watching it for the trash TV after work entertainment value.- NorCal

I have one. It is really important to understand that a septic tank can work at various levels of perfection. It's just **** in a hole. The biggest issue is a high water table, root intrusion, and lack of perc (the ability of soil to drain). Get it inspected and talk to the local septic guy...- NorCal
