How many miles did you run today?
2 easy early morning miles. 2 more easy in the afternoon. Basically used them as warm up and stretch for my leg workout. Yoga last part. I am so inflexible. Tomorrow will be 4 total and Wednesday a very hilly and rough 7.5.- kreativecid
