    I don't think you're going to find a high quality mechanical watch with no branding on it, but you can find watches with very subtle branding that will not be obvious to anyone but you when you look closely.

    Nomos watches can be had used for around 1k. They are super minimalist, but also very much a watch-enthusiast's watch, with an in house manual wind movement and very modest yet fine details. The kind of watch nobody will notice unless they really know their stuff.
