You're on the right track with chinos - you can wear polos or button down. As with others I dislike dress tennis shoes. Now, I also have a lot of AE shoes as well as a number of other models. Leather Backpack for Business Casual?
I think backpacks are fine for business casual. The problem is when you want to go leather and you're concerned about price point. That usually means you'll end up with a bag that shows it's age (and not in a good way) after a few years depending on how you use it. The more you slide it around...- johng70

Quality of this wallet I purchased?
First off - shell is stiffer so that's going to cause some issues with closing it until you break it in and it stretches & creases a bit. Custom White's Boots ... Thoughts?
Just chiming in on the whole CXL thing. I have several pairs of CXL boots and several pairs of shoes. They do tend to crease more - and it depends on how the creases form. Most pairs I havevn't had a problem but one pair of shoes had some bad creasing. It's great for low maintenance - yes...- johng70

Sportcoats and Suits: Buttoning the bottom button
I agree - they aren't being taught. At a family funeral last year I had to help my nephews out about suit jackets - one still had the stitching on the vent and label on jacket sleeve and none of them knew how to button.- johng70

I'm also not a fan of the shoes. For the pants, if you're going to wear pants that have that are that tight at the ankle they should be shorter, IMO - see how it causes the whole pant leg to bunch up?- johng70

Attire for Italy Trip
I think your head might explode if you ever came to the midwest USA. Men don't even wear suits to weddings/funerals anymore. My brother in law would wear chinos 6 inches too long to a wedding because he couldn't be bothered to take them to a tailor and pay $30 to get them hemmed. You'll see...- johng70

What is your preferred frame style for men's sunglasses?
It depends. I wear glass-lens Aviators for a bit dressier appearance. But, if I'm going to be out in the sun all day I still prefer my Maui Jim wrap-around glasses - better overall coverage and lighter.- johng70
