Soft chunky shawl collar cardigans under $100?
I bought this one from Hector ,cost me 2,880 NTD which is about 93 USD. I checked the website, It was sold out. Not for sure it would be replenished. But you can probably find one similar on Taobao. Because I know that most clothing of Hector is made in China.- JerryShouTW

For one thing, it's a bounce back after hitting rock bottom.For another, thanks to instagram we finally found that the formal and warm Britsih structural worsted suit isn't the whole world of tailoring.
