I'm 6'2" 170 lbs, medium build with a bit of a belly. I usually wear size 48/50 jackets, depending on brand. The jacket is a bit tight now especially when zippered. I'm trying to get in better shape during the summer though, so it should be perfect in the autumn!- iffs
