Common Projects S/S 2010
I am a 8.5 in Chucks and most dress shoes and 9 in athletic sneakers such as adidas and nikes. I wear a 41 in cp. I have the cp combat boots in 41 and they fit me ok depending on how you wear it (tucked/untucked, zipped or unzipped). The toe box to me seems more roomy...more like the captoes...- hacksul

Bizarre foods that you really enjoy
My mother-in-law is sort of a durian connoisseur, and there was one variety she bought all the time that barely stank at all. I am 5'10" and about 165 pounds (you can do the metric conversion) but I am guessing that I am not that much different than you though your waist may be slightly smaller than mine. I don't think you are measuring correctly if you have a 35 inch waist at the hips while wearing size 30's...- hacksul

I got a size 4 in their corduroy jacket which I think corresponds to a 42. The jacket is a little tight up top (I work out) since the armholes are placed high and needed to be taken in along the waist (I am a 31) for the more fitted look that I desired. Btw I am a true 41 jacket so a 38 should...- hacksul

thank you for that info! Honestly I'm actually verry close to your body type. I'm more of a 41 than a 40...but I usually take a 40 anyway, as they fit me better in the shoulders. a medium varvatos isn't too tight on me actually, it's the right size. Unicorn, I would definately think you are a medium at the very least in their long sleeve shirts and would be a large in the overdye. You are about my size (5'10' 165) and if you fit comfortably tight in the varvatos slim, the medium in the type A fit might even be a little tight. I am a 41...- hacksul

Yea, thats what im trying to avoid. And yes the pit to pit comparison made sense. I think I will just go with a L. A quick google search made it seem like I should be able to have it tailored if it ends up being a little loose. Maybe I will buy in M and L and sell the ones that dont fit. I hate...- hacksul

What makes you say BoO may not be cut for me? The overdyed stuff that I tried on in medium felt significantly smaller than the non-oxford (Patterned) shirts that I tried on. I am 5'10" 165 but work out and have a 41 chest, 31 inch waist with larger than average arms but a slim-boned asian frame. The mediums in the solid oxford shirts...- hacksul

Have to agree with chorse on this one. Though you can find hong kong trained tailors in Bangkok (better than the Indian ones imo) you really have to know what you want in a suit if you want one made to your expectations. Also, the good materials for the most part are imported anyway and is not...- hacksul
