Thanks for the tip. But from what I saw, Sartorio jackets come without the buttons. If I could find a tailor who is competent enough to cut surgeon's cuffs, then I would also have one competent to sew fake buttonholes and wouldn't have to go through all the trouble. As I said, shorter jackets are not going to work for me. But I can't believe I should take the MTM route just for wanting normal looking sleeves. Polos with decent price-quality ratio without logo and available in France or Germany
I can say from personal experience that MD polos are decent enough for the price, can usually be had for cca $25 when on sale. Interesting colors as well. MD comprises much of my wardrobe simply because the options here in Serbia are limited, and buying online is usually too expensive with duties and taxes.
