The pictures on the S&M site are downright repellent. I don’t want to look at the products, because it means looking at those creepy “models”. Use real models or just take pictures of the clothes to go along with details like fabric weight.- barutanseijin

Wear them however you like. Even if they are black, they are still handsewn penny loafers, i.e., a casual shoe. I wear black shell LHS with everything from charcoal flannel to grey herringbone tweed to black denim.- barutanseijin

Fourthed. Commando is also an instant DQ for me. Not as comfortable as leather and not as durable.. The commando pairs in my hoard are getting double leather as soon as my hate wearing does them in. One is already delaminating.- barutanseijin

I I think what he means is that if it is a retailer exclusive makeup, one that gets a retailer heel pad and doesn’t, then the generic heel pad indicates an FD. Otherwise, if it’s a standard offering like a 986 or 975 or something, then it’s going to get a plain old Alden heel pad even if...- barutanseijin
