From British maker Drake’s comes this beautiful, crisp and airy long-sleeved madras shirt. Hard to find a better shirt for hot fall days or summer nights!
Tagged size 17.5 - 45. Very lightly used (1-2 times max), but lovingly cared for. This shirt is ready to wear: freshly laundered with a light steam (and never been in a dryer) - you can take it out of the package and toss it on!
Fabric has a beautiful blue/yellow/red check - that would look perfect as perfect with chinos in the fall as it does w/ khaki shorts in the summer. Madras is a certified summer staple; woven in in Chennai, India (formerly named Madras) from a delicate, short-staple cotton fiber that is home-spun by hand, resulting in the slubby unique texture.. This is one you have to see to believe.
Drake’s shirts are handcrafted in Somerset, England. With barrel cuffs, mother of pearl buttons, and a box pleat for extra movement, the non-fused collar sits beautifully alongside a regular fit body. As with all things Drake’s, the construction is top notch with clean, single-needle stitching, reinforced parchment gussets, and top quality fabric.
