Up for sale is a luxury Brioni suit in a beautiful striped taupe wool. Fully canvassed, soft construction, and with contemporary details including dual vents in the rear and 4 kissing buttons with buttonhole detail stitching at the cuffs. Pants are lined to the knee, pleated, and cuffed.
As pictured, there are two flaws:
- The pants waist, where taken in, has come apart a bit. While it doesn’t make the suit unwearable, it’s probably something you’ll want to address with your tailor.
- A pen leaked into the interior breast pocket, leaving a 0.3in x 0.25in spot on the lining - it is only visible on the interior and, if it’s a bother, a competent tailor can change out the lining.
So if you’re going to bring this bad boy to the tailor anyway to get it fitted for you, you can take care of these flaws at the same time and, shortly afterward, have yourself a Brioni suit at a J Crew price point.

- Chest pit-to-pit: 22in
- Shoulder width across top of back: 18.5in
- Sleeve length from top of shoulder to end of cuff: 24.5in (~1 to let)
- Length from bottom of collar: 32.5 in
Trousers
- Waist laid flat, doubled: 34in (~2.5 to let)
- Front rise: 12.5in
- Inseam: 32In
- Leg opening laid flat, doubled: 9in
