Townhome down the street from me, which I now know from the listing photos is identical to the unit I'm in (other than some different cabinet/counter/floor colors) went on the market and sold fast. My 25+ foot commute is pretty brutal. Rural area so no traffic, but sometimes there are wild beasts blocking the way which can double the commute length if you encounter them. This one is just waiting to jump out and cause an accident- otc

Those were basements (or at least bottom floor on a sort of split-level or half-basement setup). Damn, $200 foot a single probe and it doesn’t do WiFi/internet so you are limited to radio range? I know they are trying to advertise that as a stability feature, but the chef IQ is both Bluetooth and WiFi which seems pretty robust.
