Boots Boots Boots - For Boot Guys Only

This issue about wearing boots in summer has bothered me for some time. About two years ago I got some reassurance that, as far as the boot people on here were concerned, it was generally OK to do this. There are also plenty of people on the net who wear boots in summer. My plan, so far, is to...

It is certainly possible to get a shine on CXL, you have to work at it though. I use Renovateur and then a horsehair brush followed by a really hard going over with a microfibre mitt that is made to polish cars. 'They come up lovely, they do' as we say in these parts.

Beautiful boots, Crafty and a wonderful colour. I notice, though, that your right foot seems very considerably longer than you left. I hope you are managing with it.

I pissed on them but now they are just sloppy looking and shapeless . I am tempted to ring Tricker's and ask their view on this method. They will probably be thrilled to get my call and all go home happy bunnies.

My Heavy Horse Tricker's live up to their name. This Horween horse leather is tougher than anything I have seen before. Is there any way I can soften these up, without resorting to something too dramatic? Beautiful boots, though.

I think this is going to work. My Dr Marten's in veg tanned leather. Very comfortable despite not having a shank. Doc's always seem to get a bad press on YouTube but I love them.
