You and me both, I was looking at a very similar pair of Aldens the other day, chukka boot in nearly the same color of suede.
I have some seersucker pants and other light spring/summer stuff en route from Sierra Trading Post. Once it arrives I might get the Alden boots to see what matches...

I think they'd look good with most any color, as long as it's a more casual look. I could see them with denim, pants in shaeds of brown, green blue, etc.... I am having a hard time picturing them with a bone or stone colored pant as it might be too close a match, but other than that, I think they'd be great.
