I'm looking for brown work pants that are slim fit with a leg opening from 15 to 13 inches? Anyone know of any?

^^^ As he said.

But, as an aside, I feel as if there may be no such thing as a slim fit bottom w/ a 13-15" leg opening unless you are looking for a tight thigh and massive bootcut / flare. Are you looking for bell bottoms? Or am I really not imagining these numbers right...

He doesn't mean the leg opening measured flat. He means the entire circumference. Think 6.5-7.5".

I have been looking for the same thing. Was thinking of trying the Dickies 873. Know anything about them? Had any luck in your search?

I find that the J. Crew broken-in "classic" chinos fit well. Slim without being overly so.

Bit of a wide leg opening, though.

H+M make a brown/grey pair for about $20.

7" leg opening, very slim. Obviously not utility wear but if you want to cut a sleek figure...
