BiG is the only store in America carrying Somet.
You should come check out our store, Self Edge though if you're looking for similar items..
We're more focused on Japanese denim work wear only compared to BiG but if you're looking for Japanese denim, we've got a lot of it..

Dammit, I was interested in them because of their low rise.

Do you guys carry any denim similar to Somet's low rise slim cuts. And is your in store stock more or less the same as the products displayed on your online store?

We've got more than what's in the online store.. and the Flat Head 1001/3001/F310 has a fairly low rise post-soak for a Japanese jean..

I agree with every word. Nice bouttique but the location is really out-of-the-way; I'd never imagine someone putting a boutique there. It's worth a visit though.

But another really cool boutique that I'd forgotten to mention is Nomads

. It's a men's boutique located on Hayes St...it's definitely worth a peek.

I know the people at villains (on haight) are getting them in. I saw them at the booth in NYC last week.

Are there any other stores around it? The website/yelp reviews make me wanna check it out, but is it worth it to make the trek there if it's the only store..?

There are a few good bookstores and some really good furniture shops. It's two blocks from my work, I think the store is really good. A nice selection of rogues gallery, BoO and Rag and Bone. The girls that work there are nice too.

Worth a trip if your going to North Beach...Also, park on Sansome and walk, there are always a million spots there.
