PEAL & CO Full Brogue High Vamp Loafer - Help finding size?

Hello.
I am looking for help identifying the size (UK and US) of a pair of Brooks Brothers / Peal & Co dress shoes.

My father gave me an unworn pair of bespoke Peal / Brooks Brothers wingtip loafers. I would like to sell them but unfortunately, he does not know what size they are. My first thought was that they might be custom and not have a size? Could there be information about the size in the numbers written and stamped on the inside lining?

There is a box, but I do not think the info on the box matches exactly with the shoes. The box says RAYWOOD which comes up on Google as the same style but the box also says BLACK CALF and the shoes are brown. And the size says 8D, but they seem to be smaller....
He is a size 8 US, and they seem to be about a size too small for him. He guessed they could be size 7 US.

I found similar shoes online with great descriptions like Full Brogue High Vamp Loafer but no size etc. and I cannot seem to cross reference any of the numbers inside the shoes to an actual size. I have taken sketchy measurements (probably doing it wrong).

Handwritten numbers on inside of both shoes is 14324
Stamped on the inside of both shoes is 473 and 803 and PEAL, LONDON MADE IN ENGLAND

Inside/Insole toe to heal 10.5 inches.
Sole/Bottom, heal to toe 11 3/8” and 3 7/8” at the widest point.

Odd that there’s nothing on the sole.
