found the soap downstairs in the housewares section of the broadway gracious home. $2.49 a bar.

pre treated 5 shirts. 3 borelli (amazing condition. maybe worn once) 1 thomas pink shirt, french cuff (also may have been worn once) 1 thyrwhitt french cuff (same condition as others) and washed them in cold water. fels did the job. btw, all of the shirts were found thrifting and the price each was $5.99 a piece.

the borelli's weren't from goodwill. salvation army 96th st. i think the others i got from the goodwill on 2nd ave. in the 80's.

but as in all thrifting, you just gotta keep looking. in all places.

You'll find it in larger chain grocery stores, usually by the powdered detergent.

Thanks for the tip. I never get around to the thrifts, gave up when looking for bikes, but now I know, I'll keep looking.
