I have no idea what any of you are talking about. Our beach house made it through the 99 year treaty and is still owned by my family. I can detonate whatever I want, as long as it doesn't break federal laws (or does, the area is not patrolled). At any rate, I have found the solution to my problem. Close thread.

I don't know where your beach house is, but I think that some posters were concerned more about what would happen when you left the reservation after buying explosives, rather than about what would happen at your beach house.

Befriend an Indian. He or she will likely know someone with a fireworks stand and can get you the stuff off site. At least that was the easiest way for me back in the day.
