So I have this pair of buckler jeans that I picked up at a sample sale this summer, I didn't know anything about the brand at the time and picked them up for I think around $70, definitely something well under $100.
Now here's my conundrum: Buckler jeans usually cost at least $150-200 and I was only able to get them so cheap because of the sale, 150-200 is outside of my normal pricerange (I'm a college kid.) However, the jeans were BY FAR my favorite pair I've ever owned and after a semester they've gotten all torn up and I really NEED a new pair. Does anybody
a.) know any where or way I can get buckler jeans at really good discounts, in NY/NJ or online?
b.) Could someone suggest to me any brands of jeans that are going to be similar? - I'm athletic, but tall and thin (I play soccer, I get constantly compared to Thierry Henry if that gives anyone a good base of reference) and I like to go with a thin "look." Therefore, I like my jeans pretty tight-fitting. The Bucklers I had were a 32 waist and they were made from veryyy thin denim (as I think most bucklers are at least from looking at them.) Are there any other brands that tend to cut their jeans thin like that, or brands that won't cost me a fortune but which make their jeans out of that kind of very thin, sort of body-hugging denim?
I'm trying to get a new pair of jeans before going back to school to replace them and I'd thank heaven if anyone could make me a good suggestion - I live in NY so I can find almost anything with a point in the right direction... Thanks
