does anyone know where I can get a belt with the exact same buckle? If anyone knows where I can get this ALD belt in a smaller size, that would be nice too

Buy that one, take it to a beltmaker or a good shoe repair shop, have the buckle end cut off, the belt shortened to your length and snaps put on, and you'll have the belt in your size and be able to remove the buckle to use on other belts.

The operation should cost you under $20.
