One of my absolute favorite pair of boots - but sadly post-pandemic, working from home and not wearing dress shoes on the regular, my feet have changed shape and these do not fit as they should anymore. Don’t know what last these are but I’m a regular 10 1/2. So would these fit? I’m interested.

Grant last. I can't admit to having tried all the Alden lasts, but in my experience, and from what I can see after a little research - it's a fairly middle-of-the-road last. Pasting a pic below and link here (https://www.theshoemart.com/blog/tech-tuesday-alden-lasts/)

Quoting directly from the latter "Alden's Grant last features a narrow heel and a rather narrow toe box, while not as narrow as the Aberdeen or Plaza lasts. It may be considered a medium last, in between the narrow and wide shapes. It fits about 1/4 size larger than regular U.S. size; some people size down 1/2 while others go true-to-size."

The big benefit of a boot (over a shoe) in my experience is more touch points / more areas of contact - so things like heel slippage don't really apply given you have support all the way up your ankle.

That being said, would encourage you to read the available opinions on the Grant last / take a look at some of the visual charts. Let me know if and how I can be helpful - appreciate the interest

FWIW - I just checked some of my other Aldens. I wear a 10 1/2 D in the cordovan Tassels loafers (which are on the narrower Aberdeen last) and a 10 1/2 C in the chukkas on the Leydon last - which would leave me to believe that the last / sizing chart is at least directionally correct.
