Background, new finance job, late 20's, business professional environment with some business casual mixed in, live in the south, very hot summers and I get hot. Looking for some examples/suggestions of what you would spend your budget on. Exact items a plus. I realize I might not be able to get everything on this list, thats why I'm here asking for suggestions/advice, thanks in advance

Looking to pick get:

3-5 quality suits (really want 2 pairs of pants per suit)
Light weight dress shirts (weight and very light sky blue <-- why is this color so hard to find)
1 Fresco Blazer
1 Light Weight Sport Coat
Dress Slacks with a modern fit, (one of each major color maybe?)
Brown shell cordovan cap toe oxford (why does Alden never release these, thinking AE but prefer Aldens design)
Alden PTB Color #8 2nds hopefully 9.5E if someones selling
Shoe suggestions? Getting rid of/selling many below, but Im ok with buying ebay shoes
Ties - plain patterned maybe woven quality ties. Really like the style of this, similar suggestions please

Already have,

Shoes:
AE Park Avenues - Black + Merlot
AE Fifth St Dress Boots - Brown
AE New Orleans - Black + Walnut (but appear more chili not crazy about them)
AE Randolph Loafer - Brown (like these but prefer lace ups)
Alden PTB - Snuff Suede
AE McAllister Wingtip - Black (selling if anyone's interested 10D/like new wingtips just aren't my thing, maybe its just this model of wingtip)
AE Mora 2.0 - Chocolate Suede (wish these were brown calf/will trade or sell to get mora 2.0 brown calf)
AE Amok unstructured chukka - snuff suede
AE Dundee 2.0 - Olive Suede (would sell, like new, prefer unstructured chukkas)
Shirts:
3x white spread collar button down (not crazy about quality of them)
Suits:
Z Zegna Dark Charcoal Mohair blend suit (wish it was lighter appears almost black)
Z Zegna Blue Mohair blend suit (dont buy these, pants start to pull at back seam creating a white line down your ass/not flattering)
Sport Coat:
Brown Grid Pattern (like a lot but winter material, too hot for summers in the south)
Slacks:
Various brooks brother dress slacks, charcoal/navy/mid grey (not crazy about fit)
looking for new dress slacks with a more modern fit, not skinny
Ties:
9 total that I like to wear. 4 blue - 2 red - 2 maroon - 1 purple
Looking high/low for a light gold plain woven or basic pattern silk tie! Suggestions?! Socks:
Have a bunch of random dress socks, any suggestions on quality thin affordable dress socks would be awesome.

Looking forward to some feedback

Why not stop into the Brooks Brothers store where you got your shirts from. Let the SA know what you are looking for in way of style weight and pattern.

You stated you live in a hot climate and tend to run hot. If I were you I would I would tell the SA to show you fabrics in their MTM program that will help keep you cool. Look into having the suit made with light weight construction like half cape lining..etc.

Make sure you talk with someone in the store that is their MTM expert as I have found not all SA at BB are well versed in that program.

Good luck!
