Purple's complement is yellow and green's complement is red. I love the jacket, but the color combination reads more like this:

According to the blog, it is indeed over here. It's from Fashion Week. As far as I can guess, the location is Piccadilly Circus - though it could indeed be Regent Street, the road appears too "narrow" for it
