You can pull your jeans down a little bit over them but not too far if you have an APC PS type hem. You dont want it to look too forced. If you dont want to tuck them, you can just let your jeans pile up on top, which is how I usually wear them. Anyone with a modicum of style should be able to wear rafstros, so dont sweat it.
