I have to tell you the build quality is fantasmic, better than any sneak I've ever bought and they go for 625 here. It will be one of the most versatile kicks you can buy.

thanks jet. I think I'm just going to wait until I see the entire leather sneaks and kop ASAP. I am in love with thoooseeee

Looking for a new winter coat, how is this? (spiewak putnam field jacket)

If not, any other suggestions?
I already have a peacoat, so I'd rather it not be double breasted. Looking for something warm, and preferably under $300. The only thing I'm really unsure of with the putnam is how slim the cut is, I'm skinny and don't want to be drowning in my jacket

go to school for something intelligent (ie a science like computers). Do it and do it well. Master the **** out of it. My first job out of college paid 6 figures. A year later my 2nd job pays almost 40% more. liberal arts are all BS. It will get you nowhere. Law and medicine (radiology, neurology, etc) are the two options if you want to go big time. Stick with computers though

you can't beat the hours and you don't need to go in debt to do it.

Or you can just date SoCal2NYC.

In defense of the liberal arts, I know plenty philosophy and econ (if you consider social sciences be be a subset of liberal arts) majors who have gone on to law and business schools and are doing pretty well. Even kids who major in stuff like American Studies at Ivies, Stanford, Amherst, Williams, Swarthmore schools tend to do all right for themselves.

My best friend does radiology. My parents knew a radiologist and he'd never go into an office. They would send the X-rays to his home, and was constantly attending parties.

Wmmk: sure, if your liberal art major gets you into law or a really good business school you are right. But regardless, any (science + (law or business )) > (liberal art + (law or business)). If you get a degree in like comp sci or physics then go to medical or law school you will be unstoppable. Pushing 400+ per hour...that's a pair of lanvins every hour.

Def plausible. I've heard of elaborate home setups w top of the line MacPros and 4 thirty inch cinema displays just for looking at xrays. Look at an image for 10 minutes and make 600 bucks.

All those games of 'spot the difference' would finally pay off.

^ I don't know what line of work I would tell someone to go into these days. They all seem to be getting worse, especially medicine. And breaking into a profession by getting a good entry level job seems to get harder each year, especially with how the economy has been lately.

People are going to say no because it's D&G but it will be cut nicely and while the quality won't match the price, it's not like it's going to auto-destruct after 10 minutes of wear (despite what some people say).

So it's overpriced and you probably knew that already but you like it then just get it, I see nothing gaudy about the design.
