dubcbadass: If you like them kop for sure. PF Flyers are much more comfortable, and imo better made than Converse.

(Our Legacy, $145) Excuse the model. I'm finally beginning to realize that chrono, et al, were right in suggesting that superskinny raw denimz don't work well with my aesthetic. Also, everyone and his PBR-drinking, pitchfork-reading, parliaments-smoking brother at my high school has raw nudies now, so dry denim spot iz blown. With that said, do these look like dad jeans? If so, what else might I consider?

I don't mind parliaments or pbr, but uber wealthy kids who think they're really clever/ironic/hardass for drinking prole beer and smoking prole cigs piss the **** out of me.

Anyway, I was thinking I'd wear the OL jawns Thom Browne style with some navy and white saddle shoes (high up on the KOP) or weejuns; dunno what I'd do shirt-wise. I'm also probably kopping Crate or MJK chinos soon (slim, not skinny), but am still at a loss for pants that I can wear day in, day out, without much thought. Halp!

wmmk - you could achieve something like that with Banana Republic. Eh eh. Look for lighter wash dry stuff or white or grey jeans. OL also has a blue jean that's not so faded like that but isn't dark raw, that would work fine I think. Or if you're willing to shell out the dough, find some nicely faded **** like the Julian Reds below. (I think they're nice people may disagree)

Not a fan of the strange vertical crotch **** going on. I realize this expression is well overplayed, but looks like sloppy **** stains pumped all over the top block. If that wasn't they wouldn't be all bad.

Nah brah, just chill, mmkay? Seriously though, I was being sarcastic about pbr being prole beer. I don't drink, but if I did, I would drink pbr. The commonly accepted definition of mastering the basics is being able to do a flattering buttonup & dry jawnz fit, right? I'm working towards that....

Nothing wrong with the wash but the rise is too high and it needs to be slightly slimmer in the thigh.
