Added.  Actually, they were a hipster darling for a minute.  It's too bad the store is set to close down.  When I worked at Harvard, I'd often go into the Cambridge shop on my way to the gym, or when I was walking back home after running on the Charles.

This is amazing.  Out of interest, has anyone seen a list like this pulled together for womenswear?

Well, I'm not going to delete the post, but I also won't put it on the official list.

I haven't seen mention of Lawrence Covell in this thread. As a Denverite I frequent there, quite the selection of classic menswear and a fairly good selection of casual/streetwear as well. They carry men's and women's labels (for those wondering which stores carry women's). The brick and mortar is in Denver but they have a growing web store. www.lawrencecovell.com Bontoni, Eidos, Harris Wharf London, Luciano Barbera and Kiton to mention a few labels.
