  • NEVER WORN. Only tried on on carpet.


I special ordered these from Alden DC over a year ago. Since then, my feet have shrunk a full width due to discontinuing some chronic medication I was on. Now they're too wide. EE width is very hard to come by even in stock models like these, and almost always require paying full retail up front. This is a good chance to get a brand new pair for $120 off. Includes original box and bags. I will also include shoe trees at asking price.

Hi! I would say Better in just about every measure:

steel shank
wire edge sole
higher SPI, pretty well matched up with wheeling
edge wheeling
orthopedically correct, and more aesthetically pleasing lasts
superior shell cordovan finishing

I would say they are competitive to Crockett and Jones and Carmina when the QC is working properly. This pair is particularly perfect.

And in terms of LWBs, theirs is pretty much iconic.

If these are your size, I highly recommend you buy them. Alden shell cordovan were my first pair of quality shoes. I have acquired nicer shoes since then but they continue to be my favorites.

I wish i knew my Alden size, but alas i would be shooting in the dark. I'm sure these will go to a good home, they are gorgeous!
