This is a NWT Sartoria Partenopea sport coat, 100% cashmere, with a cream/tan/blue glen plaid pattern. I don't think it's a true 3r2 because the "inside" of the top buttonhole isn't finished, but neither does it wear like a hard 3 either.

I bought this from Spoo on eBay with a winning bid of $177.5. $189.5 is that plus $12 shipping (US).

I didn't pay close enough attention to the last photo on the listing; this jacket has 3 functioning buttonholes (4th is not). I have t-rex arms and would need to shorten the sleeves by more than 2".

It's tagged 50, but I think if you're on the slim side of 52L, this could work for you.

Measurements from original listing
Pit to pit 22.25"
Sleeves from shoulder seam 26.75"
Shoulder seams across 18.75"
Across Waist 20.5"
Length from bottom of collar 31"
