I think everyone has misunderstood the original post. What is supposed to go on here is the sale shoes available and in which sizes as and when EG emails you.

Is enquiries@edwardgreen.com the correct e-mail address to request a list?

I emailed Edward Green asking about a list. The woman that responded told me to phone or FAX the day of the sale (27th). Will there be a complete list emailed out on the 27th? It seems a little crazy that in this day and age, one would have to phone or FAX. Why wouldn't they just post a list on the bloody website?

No. "Enquiries" goes to the Northampton factory, who, probably, will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

I emailed enquiries@... and received a response from sales@... so i believe that you can email either and be fine.

What are the chances of me getting a list emailed if I'm a totally new EG customer?
