Epaulet x Southwick 34R double breasted charcoal flannel suit

Purchased in Fall 2012, retailed over $1200. This is the Epaulet double breasted suit made by Southwick in a medium-weight 3-season charcoal flannel.

Double Breasted
Pants Size 28 (Walt cut)
Full lining in deep purple silk
Welt breast pocket; hip inset flap pockets with ticket pocket
Smoke mother of pearl buttons

Jacket is unaltered and the pants have been hemmed to a 31 inch inseam with 2" cuffs that could be let out if desired. No defects or significant signs of wear. The suit is in great shape and is not available off the rack.

Selling because I live in Los Angeles so quite honestly have only found one or two occasions each year to wear this given the weather here which is routinely above 80F. I would advise that this suit is fine for weather that is 70F or below, or for any temperature-controlled office setting.
