Here, my bad.
8,5 cm in width

I, for one didn't even know that the said tie firm had knit ties.

Moreover, I have no indication that they are their maker; all these colors in more than one make-up used to be offered some years ago by Viola Milano, and everything was made by Sozzi.

It is questionable whether this width would aesthetically work in a knit tie, the only that can be told with certainty however, is that they are overpriced!

Yes they are super pricey indeed.
I just haven't seen same width offered elsewhere, that peaked my interest.
Thanks for the reply

Reviving this old thread because I'm trying to find longer knit options.

Between Covid and then trying to shed all the weight I gained over the Covid years, I'm just getting back to being able to wear my tailored clothing. I've always liked knit ties, as I don't often get super dressed up. A sport coat, OCBD, and trousers is usually about as dressy as I get, and I feel like a knit tie looks great with that.

Even though I have lost nearly 50lbs, I'm still big. I'm 6'1" and my neck is currently around 19.5". Even when I was a skinny college student I had an 18" neck. If I buy a 58" tie, the back blade is either exceptionally short, or the entire tie is too short. I have a few 62" ties from Chipp that work pretty well and a few custom 65" from Hober that are perfect. But I have never seen a longer knit tie.

Do these exist? If not do I give up, or do I do something like buying two cheap ones from the tie bar and do some surgery by cutting them and sewing the pieces together to extended the satin lined portion? I have done that with gross grain ribbon to make a bow tie bigger, but never tried it on a knit.

Lands End used to sell extra-long knit ties. They don't seem to now, but I'll bet you could find them on eBay, etc. They may not have been labeled long, but they were over 65".

Thank you. I was able to find a few. Unfortunately not a black one yet (which is the color I want most). But I will keep on the look out for more.
