Help: Identifying size tag on Maison Marting Margiela trenchcoat: Men or Women?

Actually Nr 10 indicates the men's collection.

But looking at the label, it looks very untidily stitched. There is a possibility that the label was fixed by someone into some garment, which might not be a men's coat or even anything from Margiela.
Maybe pictures of the whole garment might help. How does the coat button, left over right (male) or right over left (female)?

I've also never seen the size tag attached directly to the Margiela tag. And I have/have seen a lot of Margiela pieces. Typically, on a jacket, the size tag is in the inside breast pocket, along with the composition and manufacturer/s tag, or on the left hem on a knit piece.

It is a very odd thing, super skinny sleeves which would never fit over a suit jacket. More streetwear I suppose.
