I thought this pair was entirely not re-craftable for a 5th time. The heal cup was worn through to the plastic and the uppers seemed to be two stretched out to last another lasting. I asked for the lightest double sole they had. It took two months for them to process this request, but these came out pretty well. It looks like they pasted another piece of leather in each heal of the heal cups. They were restored back to their dark brown color as well.
