F....!   I forgot about the price increase...
In fact the Galway were the first boots I wanted to buy... but i'm torn between this version and an "all edwardian" version... Should be nice

In my opinion all Galways are nice, but the standard version is a must.

Actually, if your in a good place this would be a good time to order both.

Chances are you can always find the standard version somewhere, however it probably will cost a little more later.

I just did a Galway MTO for that very reason. And actually it'll be my first one.

Thanks. I went with a Veldtschoen in nutmeg suede with ridgeway soles. I intend to beat the hell out of them.

Sounds very interesting, Congrats and I can't wait to see your pictures when you get them.

Me too, I find myself always grabbing my suede chukkas in the rain and snow so thought I should get a more robust boot in suede. Only downside is I heard EG MTO are now close to 6 months, it's going to be a long wait.

The wait to get them you may not always be able to accurately predict.

However just remember your getting exactly what you wanted and they'll most probably last you a very long time.

Besides if you get them in 6 months you'll be getting them in time to wear before boot time weather really begins..
