I've tracked down this shoe in the UK but online.
The sizes are shown at UK equivalent suggesting 9.5 UK is the same as 10 US; 10UK the same as 10.5US and so on.
The last is Aberdeen and the width is E in US width sizes.
How can I work out the right size?
As guidance, I take a Barker 9.5UK in a G width fitting which started snug and is not roomily comfortable. However, I have a Carmina Rain (EE width) in a 10UK which is very comfortable if snuggly so.
What should I be going for in the Alden? Its been suggested that Cordovan doesn't loosen off like calf but I've never owned any before.
