Shipped prices assume destination is contintental US. Will gladly ship outside of US, please pm for shipping quote.

I have the following Davd Chu trousers for sale, all of which are flat front:

1. Tagged size W32. They are an olive gray in 100% wool, I would say light to mid weight. Features pickstitch detailing along zipper opening and pocket openings (side seam pockets), double hook and button closure, front "watch pocket", and lined to the knee. Retail price on tag is $295.

Measurements are as follows:
Waist: 33"
Front rise measured along crotch: 12"
Inseam: 36"
Outseam: 47"
Knee (Across leg 12" down from crotch): 10.5"
hem: 8.75"

$125 shipped

2. Tagged size W33. These are the same David Chu flannel trousers that seem to have generated a lot of interest recently in dark gray/charcoal flannel. Content is 95% wool, 5% ws (I assume ws is cashmere?). Sames features as above, except no pickstitching. Retail price on tag is $395.

Measurements are as follows:
Waist: 34"
Front rise measured along crotch: 12"
Inseam: 36.5"
Outseam: 48"
Knee (Across leg 12" down from crotch): 10.5"
hem: 9"

$125 shipped

3. Tagged size W34, these are 100% Super 110s wool, but in a heavier weight garbardine in a dark khaki/light brown color. Same features as the olive gray pair. The David Chu tag is missing, but I am confident that it is made to the same standard as the $295 MSRP pants. Store tag is intact, and will be left on to assure NWT condition:

Measurements are as follows:
Waist: 35"
Front rise measured along crotch: 11.5"
Inseam: 37"
Outseam: 47.5"
Across leg 12" down from crotch: 10.75"
hem: 9"

4. Brooks Brothers size 42 short suit, black in color. Jacket is a true 3 button with single rear vent, trousers have angled side pockets, double reverse pleats and 1.5" cuffs. The suit has never been worn, but it has been altered. Alterations done include shortening of sleeves to 22", and hemming trousers to 25" inseam, 36" outseam. If the cuff is undone, there is about 3.75" of material. I'm estimating that there's an inch to extend the jacket sleeves. I'm kind of lazy to take full measurements right now, but will do so upon request.
