The What Are You Wearing Today (WAYWT) Discussion Thread, Part II - Page 95

I can imagine my talking about how I've lost weight over the years and still have a ways to go can get a bit dramatic. But I wanted to share this. Kind of a WWYWT (what were you wearing then).

Thanks for bearing with me, gang.

Edit:

2007: 230 lbs
2014: 169 lbs
Fall 2014: 159 lbs biggrin.gif

Isn't this always the case, though. You see a thread has many unread posts and it's always because of something off topic.

That's awesome ATG

Thanks. I mainly wanted to share because I realize that my last two fits weren't particularly flattering. I realized that, of course, after the fact and didn't really feel like I wanted to take them down.

But just to sort of explain by way of example that where I am now is so much different than I used to be. And moving fast with my evolving aesthetic I'm finding some road bumps that hurt harder than the others.

But as long as I keep learning I'll figure it out eventually.

I think there is a thread floating around somewhere that shows the evolution of some posters. You'd be surprised where a lot of people started! It's good motivation.

Yup. Believe it or not, brad-t started out as an Americana enthusiast until a trip to Japan, and a chance encounter with the creator of tentacle porn, turned his style into what we see today. It's a fascinating thread.

^^Thanks so much.

Honestly not angling for easy thumbs, as it were. Just wanting to show a bit more perspective for those who have seen changes from even as recently as this past winter via my fits, both good and terrible bad.

@AlexanderTG on the first picture you look like Joe Cocker in his younger years. As for your metamorphosis - you did a great job! Way to go!
