145 Oxford was originally developed specifically for the Japanese market. The pattern is based on a blue collar 1960s industrial safety shoe and is also referred to as a chukka low. This version is made using Horween's Red Suede Roughout. Roughout is a full grain, combination tanned, hand glazed, aniline finished leather with a smooth feel.
