"Based on popular jackets from the 50s and 60s comes the Beams Plus casco bay coach’s jacket. Featuring an updated high density polyester fabric that helps repel water. Striped knitting on the cuffs and collar, with a contemporary fit. It makes the perfect replacement for that old drizzler jacket of yours. Spring training anyone?"
Jacket is a perfect combination between a bomber and varsity jacket. This could be a staple piece in a trad/preppy wardrobe. Very versatile and can be worn many different ways whether it's a t-shirt and chinos or a button-down.
Retailed at around 299 euro which is about $400 USD. Since conditionally is basically new, it's an awesome price for an awesome piece.
Beams, started as a small shop in Tokyo's Harajuku district in 1976. Since then, it has grown into a popular retail force in Japan. The men's line, Beams Plus was launched in 1999, featuring sporty and rugged, workwear/heritage-inspired pieces.
Details:
Condition - Slightly worn. I'd say the condition is 9.5-10/10. I loved the jacket but never really worked it into my wardrobe.
Japanese Fabric
65% polyester / 35% cotton shell/body
Polyester lining
Ribbed strip pattern collar, draw-cord at hem and fits at the waist.
2 front pockets
Dry clean only.
23" pit to pit
Size is XL but fits well and relax for a normal large. $200 Shipped in US - add $15 for international buyers.
