Does swimming make u taller?

Thinking of leaving gym for swimming.

I think its not a good idea to leave gym for swimming, rather you schedule your routine and manage both tasks because both tasks are good and effective. Keeps you fit and healthy.

Swimming is one of the best overall sports you can do, works the entire body, nothing is left out--no need for the gym if you are swimming regularly and seriously, unless you are doing weightlifting, which is a whole other topic. And yes, swimming, as well as Pilates and other types of sports that LENGTHEN AND STRENGTHEN your muscles, can indeed make you just a few centimeters taller. Google it.
