Just got a package from Germany, a Nomos Orion 35mm!

Unfortunately since this is for Father's Day, I'm gonna have to wait over a month before I can actually wear it. With the strong dollar it was a really good deal from Uhrenatelier Bruchsal, one of the Chrono24 sellers. (Thanks @DLJr for your Nomos advice too!)

Yeah, the 35 was definitely right way to go instead of the 38.

Thanks mimo.

My wife likes that one. Blue is her favourite colour, and it was our 8th anniversary yesterday.

Thanks to all for the comments. Yeah, my questions weren't very clear. I was just looking for some fun facts about my GO Sixties, or GO generally. I recently bought my wife a watch so my interest in watches in general has been piqued. I've been watching this thread in earnest but it will be some time until I'm ready to spring for something new.

Frilly, you are a man of exquisite taste.

Thank you. I have been a fan of Pierre Corthay's work for years, and whether by dint of quality or care, all of my Corthays still look pretty good after several years of consistent use in the rotation.

Swung by NYC's weekly gathering of the Red Bar Crew last night and glimpsed this well worn Royal Oak Offshore on the wrist of one of the stalwarts.

Oh, because you have more than one pair of such exquisite Corthays!? I'd be up to see more pictures of that! bounce2.gif

I think that's about it. There's a watch in there somewhere.

I am completely, 100% jealous. I'm guessing this is only a fraction of a bigger rotation, so I can only raise my hat to you sir!

Little loved the YM, it seems, but I think it's rather smart.

Frilly, you're a monster and I love you.
