Are those actually "raw" or just a dark wash?

I can't remember the name of the store... Adelia's Closet or something like that, it's a deep discount store... anyway, they were selling some really dark 7FAM washes a couple of weeks ago for around $50

7FAM and other brands in the same vein are similar to Starbucks coffee.

- If you look at the menue, anybody can find something that they like
- Their distribution is amazing
- It's not 1/2 bad

- But there's better out there, if you really care and want to do the legwork.

It's not a bad product; it caters to a different crowd. But don't be afraid to stray because it's not what a message board says: Good looking is good looking.

I don't think those are raw, probably rinsed and they look to have some wrinkles pressed in at the top.

+1000

There's as much or more groupthink here as in the "AmJack" crowd sometimes.

Yea, that's what attracted me to them. I need a pair of dark jeans to dress up, but I don't want raw for a number of reasons, specifically sizing and the fact that the finish doesn't look very good if they are washed in order to keep them dark. I like the wrinkles because it adds detail without fading of any kind.

i hold onto one pair of 74AM's--and a pair of TR too--from back in the day. these brands get hateous maximus here, but say what you will about them, i've noticed that they pull way more compliments from females than any of my jp raws. if you're into that sort of fawning and suchlike.

7FAM denim quality is shit, I had two pairs over the years and both of them ripped pretty quickly. Fortunately though I bought them at Nordstrom Rack for like $60. For that price, if they look good on you then knock yourself out, but don't pay anything near full retail for them.
