Hey guys,

Trying to find consistent info on the quality of Boglioli mainline suits (the ones you find on yoox).

Are they fused, half canvassed or full canvassed?

This

There are better options out there

Like what? Getting an Italian-made, soft-shouldered, good-looking suit for under $1,000 is hard. If you have other suggestions, I'm interested to hear them.

I like the suits they make for Etro (half canvass, decent fabrics) and was hoping they would be equivalent to that brand.

Fun fact: Boglioli used to make Bergdorf's house suits.

All right! I will definitely start off with trawling there when it´s time for my next suit.

If you can still find any Belvest model 335 made for Wilkes Bashford until Wilkes dropped the Belvest
brand 2-3 years ago. Extremely high quality, very soft shoulder, by no means "skinny". I have a couple
and am still loooking for more.

I have a couple soft shoulder Zegnas up at the moment for well under that price. Boglioli is a bit fashion forward, and the construction is inconsistent across models. Why take a roll of the dice and get a fused suit when you know you're getting full canvas with Zegna etc?
