Feedback on my suit

As I've mentioned in my other posts, my experience dealing with Indochino has been pretty rough. I won't use them again, but want to get through this experience with the best suit possible given the situation.

I received my remade pants from them last week. The first were skin tight (literally) and .5" too short. They added .5" to the length and something like 3.25" to the thighs and 2" to the crotch. They feel MUCH better this time around, but seem to balloon out at the hips. It's almost like they didn't balance them and just added to the thighs without considering the impact on knee/calf measurements. I'm 5'9" 170lbs and normally wear 34x30 pants or 40R off the rack. I don't exactly have "child bearing hips", but the pants look that way without a jacket on. This also causes the pockets to flare out a bit.

I'm taking them into a good tailor to see what can be done, but also wanted to post some pics here and get the honest feedback this forum so often provides.

ND I inadvertently posted in the wrong forum. Moderator, if you could please move to Classic Menswear, I would appreciate!
